I spent 20 hours a week managing spreadsheets and manual tasks.
Then I built an automation that does it in 5 minutes.
Now I build those same systems for other businesses drowning in manual work.
How I Got Here
Back in 2023, I was the Success Team Manager at IUL Insiders, an insurance education company. Every week, I'd spend 15-20 hours doing soul-crushing manual work:
- ❌Manually syncing member access across Stripe, GoHighLevel, Circle, and Kajabi
- ❌Chasing down billing errors and payment failures
- ❌Adding and removing member access permissions
- ❌Fixing database conflicts and sync errors
If I hired someone to do this, it would cost $15,000/year. But I couldn't afford that, and honestly, I didn't want to subject another human to that kind of work.
That's when I discovered n8n and the Go High Level API.
I spent one weekend building an automation workflow that synced everything automatically. The result? What took 20 hours now takes 5 minutes. And it never makes mistakes.
I realized two things:
- Most businesses are drowning in the same manual work I was
- Most "automation experts" have never actually built production systems—they teach theory, not reality
So I started Renzified to build real automation for real businesses—not demos, not tutorials, but actual working systems that save time and money.
What I've Built
Technical Expertise
Platforms
- • Go High Level (API, workflows, integrations)
- • n8n (self-hosted automation engine)
- • Retell AI (voice automation)
- • Stripe (payment processing)
Development
- • Full-stack web development
- • Next.js, TypeScript, React
- • RESTful API integration
- • Database architecture
How I Work
1. I don't sell automation—I sell time back
Most consultants talk about "digital transformation." I talk about getting your weekends back and spending time on what actually grows your business.
2. I build for production, not demos
Every system I build handles real customers, real money, and real stakes. If it breaks, businesses lose revenue. So it doesn't break.
3. I don't teach—I do
I'm not going to train your team to build workflows. I'm going to build it, hand you the keys, and show you the 5-minute maintenance routine.
4. I charge for results, not hours
If I say it'll save you 20 hours/week, it will. If it doesn't, I'll rebuild it until it does.
I Work Best With
✓ Great Fit
- ✓Agencies with 5-50 clients managing multiple GHL accounts
- ✓Service businesses doing the same tasks 100+ times/month
- ✓Membership sites juggling payments, access, and content
- ✓Business owners who value their time more than the cost
✗ Not a Good Fit
- ✗You want to learn to build it yourself (hire a coach)
- ✗You need it done for $500 (hire a freelancer on Fiverr)
- ✗You want weekly status meetings (I work, you save time)
- ✗Your timeline is "someday" (I work with doers, not dreamers)
When I'm Not Building Automation
I'm probably:
- •Debugging why my own blog automation broke (ironic, I know)
- •Arguing about tech stacks on Reddit
- •Helping people in GHL Facebook groups
- •Planning my move to Canada via RNIP
I live in Ontario, Canada, drink too much coffee, and believe every manual task is a challenge waiting to be automated.
